Shoes are not on hand prior to ordering and you will need to allow 3-4 weeks after purchasing for the work to be completed and shipping to be assigned.

Return/Exchange/Refunds:
No return, exchange or refunds for all custom orders. Custom designs take a very extensive amount of time to finish and take up a lot of effort and materials per shoe. If you have an issue with the product, please feel free to reach out to me via text or email to see if other options are possible.
Cleaning routine - Do not clean with acetone/ alcohol as it will remove the top coat on the shoes to where paint will come off. Hand wash with light soap and water.
